Next time I’ll follow full receipe and post how it has turned out. In a Pressure Cooker add all the ingredients from the Punjabi Chole ingredient list. it turned out great next day Dussehra lunch for my family. it turned out delicious and my younger son who is a Paneer items lover found chole even more tastier then Paneer Lababdar Dhaba style ( that’s what I made and that also rocked for my family ) Along with that I had made saffron rice white green peas and naan and side of salad and papad. in about 20 minutes my chole were ready though color was not as dark as receipt called in for but was Pritty close. I already had steamed chicpess sitting in the fridge so I omitted pressure cooker portion but used spice mix and tomato paste as purée portion.
